Shipping & Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return goods to us then please follow the simple steps below.
Your right to cancel – You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting our Customer Services department by telephone, email or post. Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us; so please do not use or open any sealed packaging. If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact Customer Services for more information.
If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. You should return products to ç enclosing a copy of the original invoice. When returning goods we recommend that you use recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of posting (a proof of posting can be obtained free of charge at any Post Office).
If you do not return the goods within 7 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site.
For ex. stock items, orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent between 1pm and 4pm on Monday, or Tuesday if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Ireland.
Please allow an extra day for shipping pre and post public holidays.

Order Packaging

We understand discretion is very important to all our customers. All orders are dispatched in white envelopes or brown/white boxes. We take pride in our packaging and gift wrap the products inside and place our Company branded sticker on the outside of the box. Your Invoice will be inside the parcel. If your order is to be received as a gift, please note this in the comments section at Checkout, and we will remove branding from the outside of the package.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat Rate of €5.99 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.

All orders are shipped “no signature required” which means the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on a residential doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after carrier has completed the delivery.

Tracking information is available for your order, as soon as it ships. Packages typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days after being shipped.

Delivery during Sale Period

Please note that due to the large volume of orders during a sale period and the current restrictions, your order might take a little longer than normal to reach you. We work around the clock to fulfill orders as quick as possible and in as safe a manner as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate you understanding.

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Bond Health in writing or via email within 7 days ([email protected]).

We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days commence from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.

Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Bond Skin Health, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we cannot accept returns that we are not pre-notified about. When returning an item please use a recorded delivery channel, as we can only offer refunds on items that have a proof of delivery for.

You are responsible for our actual shipping costs (both ways) if a package is unclaimed, refused (for reasons other than damage) or is incorrectly addressed and is then returned to us. Orders returned for these reasons are refunded less actual shipping costs. Please be sure that your address is correct and is deliverable via courier.

If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.

We charge €5.99 delivery on all standard orders within ROI.
